Subject: REVISION OF PAY SCALES AND FRINGE BENEFITS OF THE PUNJAB GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES (1987) – ANOMALIES ARISING THEREOF
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the matter of grant of selection grade to those Stenographers who are drawing pay in basic scale No. 15 (as personal to them) was under consideration of this department.
- It has now been decided that those Stenographer who are working/drawing pay in BS-15 as personal to them, will also be considered for grant of selection grade on seniority-cum-fitness basis, along with other Stenographers of scale-12.
