RESTORATION OF SURRENDERED COMMUTED PORTION
Date of Birth: 01-07-1940
Date of Retirement: 01-07-2000 (Retired at the age of superannuation)
According to Commutation Table, the rate of commutation at that time was 15.4946 so the commuted portion was to restore after completion of 15 years.
Thus according to Government of the Punjab, Finance Department’s Notification No. FD.SR.III/4-41/2008 Dated: 17-06-2015, the commuted portion of pension will restore w.e.f. 02-07-2015 and the pension at the revised rates will start w.e.f. 01-07-2015.
